Who We Are

Meadow View Nursing Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is located just minutes from the Somerset area and 30 minutes from Johnstown. As a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), our center is designed to evolve with residents by offering an array of services on one campus: short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing care, memory care and independent living.

Why Meadow View

Butterflies are known to represent hope and renewal, which is exactly what we strive to offer our residents/patients through our services and amenities. This symbolism of the butterfly is why it’s included in our logo. Meadow View Nursing Center is a place where those we serve may land for a short period of time or a long-term living option. It is our honor and pleasure to meet them where they are and be part of their journeys.
